IMPERFECTION, WHAT IS BROKEN, RUSTED, AND SURRENDERED TO TIME, CAN BE A SOURCE OF DEPTH, STRENGTH, AND INSPIRATION

A rust etched sheet of steel with coloured lichen growing with greater density on one side where the sun shines more in summer. A pattern in paint, worn deeper where rain, running for years at just the right angle exposes a welded seam. A root exposed by weathered soil, a cracked window and a boot worn pavements utility cover. All for me, represent an exquisite visual form; of an honest, beauty.
